A 3+2 bedroom house located on Fairway Hill Crescent - a quiet location with the only traffic being from those that live on the Cresent! We have a large back garden (almost 1/2 acre including wooded areas) and a riding lawn mower to make the mowing easier! Two years ago we planted 4 'pocket' forests with over 40 bushes and trees in total....we are trying to do our bit for the environment! We are a 7 minute walk to the 31 bus routes and just a little farther will get you access to express bus routes at Bath and Queen Mary. We are a 10 min drive to Queen's and 5 min to St. Lawrence College; downtown restaurants and grocery stores are within a short drive.

The main entrance to the house takes you into a hallway with a cupboard and coat hooks. To the left is a spacious the living room with an inset wood burner. From both the living room and the front hallway, you will find yourself in a large open plan kitchen, with seating for 6+ at the large kitchen island as well as at the oak dining table.There is new wood flooring throughout the living, hall and dining areas.The main floor also has study (with a built in cupboard), and a utility room with washing machine/dryer, shower etc.

On the 1st floor, there are 3 bedrooms (1 with an ensuite) and a separate family bathroom. The basement has living, dining & kitchen areas, 2 bedrooms and a full 4 piece bathroom. There is a garage (1.5) which has shelving and space for the garden tools etc. The driveway takes 2 cars comfortably. There is also street parking (with some restrictions in winter!).

This is a non-smoking house including the exterior property. Although not our preference, we would consider a small pet. We will have a locked cupboard or two in the basement for our own possessions, but the rest of the house will be available for the tenant's use.

We are ideally looking to rent our house for 6-9 months to a professional couple or small family (could be visiting faculty, researchers etc). We are not looking to rent the house to multiple professionals or students (sorry!). We can be somewhat flexible on the rent and the length of tenancy - what is most important to us is getting the right fit for all involved!
