Occupancy Limits:  As per section 3.1.17.1.(1)(c) of the Ontario Building Code, occupancy is limited to two persons per sleeping room or sleeping area.

NEW - Application Process:

• The application for this unit will be open for three business days to endure fair access to this unit.
• To apply for this unit, reply to the advertisement by submitting your request to receive an application form.  Once received, Community Housing will email you the necessary application form to complete.
• Submitted applications within the allotted timeframe will be entered into a lottery to ensure equal opportunity for all applicants.
• Applications will be assigned a randomly generated lottery number and will be checked for eligibility based on their priority in the lottery.  Community Housing may follow up with applications to request further documentation.
• Applications must include all those who will be living in the unit.
• Given the high demand for Community Housing properties, many students may not receive a lease offer.  We highly recommend connecting witht the Off-Campus Living Advisor to explore alternative housing options.
