I'm a former Queen's employee who rents rooms in my home to Queen's students. There are five bedrooms in the house and 2.5 bathrooms. The home is very quiet and a perfect place for serious students who are focued on their studies.

Renters have their own bedroom and share access to the kitchen, living room and backyard. There is a washer and dryer on site and rent includes everything (unlimted WIFI, heat, A/C). Parking is available.

Everything you need is within a five-minute walk from the house, inluding a Food Basic grocery store, the Rio Can Centre (shopping centre), and the Cataraqui Mall.

The home is not near campus, but it is right by a major bus depot at the Cataraqui Mall. The commute by bus is about 30 minutes, so if you don't mind a bus commute, you can save a few hundred dollars a month. If you have a car, it is only a 10 minute drive to campus.

There are currently three rooms available. A large master bedroom with the king-size bed and ensuite bathroom ($800/month); large basement bedroom with queen-size bed ($750/month); and a smaller basement bedroom with a twin-size bed ($650). All bedrooms are fully furnished and come with bed, desk, dresser and mini-fridge.
